Day trip from Rome with private chauffeur
If your day trip to Pompeii is not complete without a private chauffeur, not to worry. We will have a driver waiting at your hotel to bring you the 240km (150miles) journey to Pompeii where you will have time for a bite to eat before meeting with the guide. After the tour you can browse the shops surrounding Pompeii, meet back up with the driver then go for lunch. Our driver will recommend a place based on your pallet to enjoy a typical southern Italian lunch. The area surrounding pompeii has some of the most fertile grounds in Italy, making it one of the leading producers of Italy's famous 'digestivo'; Limoncello. Enjoy a few after lunch in the sun, then relax on the journey to Rome in a spacious, comfortable and air conditioned ride.

*Entrance fees are separate from the tour cost and payable
on the day of your visit.
Meeting Point: Pompeii; 'Porta
Marina Superiore', the main entrance, near the information
office. It's a clear landmark which is easily found.
It is opposite the local railway station stop "Pompei
Villa Misteri" on the 'Circumvesuviana' train line which runs
from Naples to Sorrento. More details will be provided
in a confirmation email.
Meeting Time: Your Choice! Please specify an hour in the 'special requests' section. If you do not yet know what time you will arrive in Pompeii, it can be decided at a later time, closer to your arrival date.
